Doctor V's mobile messaging service is operated by Doctor V. Use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any of its features, without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By agreeing to receive SMS/text messages from Doctor V, you consent to receive recurring messages from us via your mobile carrier, at the number you provided, even if that number is registered on a national or local do-not-call list. Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or by any other technological means.
Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, or information (e.g., order tracking, account notifications, etc.). Promotional messages may include special offers, discounts, or shopping cart reminders.

You understand that your enrollment in this program is not mandatory to make a purchase, and that your consent is not a condition of purchasing products or services from Docteur V. Your participation is entirely voluntary.

The Service is free, but message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Message frequency may vary. Please check your mobile plan or contact your carrier for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to receiving SMS/text messages.

You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time by texting the keyword STOP to Docteur V or by clicking on the unsubscribe link (if any) in our messages. You will then receive a one-time confirmation SMS. No further messages will be sent to you unless you initiate a new interaction. If you are subscribed to other Docteur V mobile messaging services, you will need to unsubscribe from each of them separately, unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to change the short codes or telephone numbers used for this Service at any time, and we will notify you of any changes. You acknowledge that any messages sent to an old number (including STOP or HELP requests) may not be received, and we will not be liable if such requests are not responded to.

Partner mobile operators cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in message delivery. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you change your number, you will need to re-register for the Service with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any failure, delay or error in sending or receiving messages, nor for any consequences thereof.
